1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website or related service may place on a device. Similar technologies, including local storage and pixels, can also remember preferences or measure website use.

2. Current website configuration

This build does not intentionally set advertising, behavioural-profiling or analytics cookies, and it does not include social-media tracking pixels. The main website experience, section navigation and local email-based enquiry workflow do not require non-essential cookies or browser storage.

3. Hosting and security logs

The hosting, content-delivery or security provider may create ordinary technical logs containing information such as IP address, request time, browser type, device information and the requested page. These records are generally used to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. A provider may also use strictly necessary cookies for security or load balancing, depending on the production hosting configuration.

4. Future analytics or embedded services

If non-essential analytics, embedded media, chat tools or other tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and the consent interface should be updated before those technologies are enabled. Where consent is legally required, non-essential technologies should remain disabled until a visitor makes a choice.

5. Browser controls

Most browsers allow users to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary technologies can affect website reliability or security. The exact controls are available through the privacy or site-data settings in the browser being used.
